刚拿到“报道类作文”题目,手一抖,开头就写了“Today is a sunny day…”——结果老师批注:“报道不是日记,别跑题!”
别慌!其实报道类作文,就是用英语讲清楚一件事,像记者发新闻稿那样:谁、在哪儿、什么时候、干了啥、结果怎样。不炫语法,不堆长句,准确+简洁+顺序清楚,就能拿高分。
报道类作文到底要写啥?先拆解3个硬核要素
# ? 谁(Who)?
不是“some students”,而是具体人名/身份+数量。比如:
- “Li Hua, a Grade 10 student from No.2 High School”
- “Over 80 teachers and students attended the event”
?? 小白常错:
用模糊词(如“many people”)。老师一看就皱眉——报道讲求可核实性,就像新闻里不会说“有人说了句话”,而会说“校长王明在升旗仪式上发言”。
# ? 何时何地(When & Where)?
别只写“last Friday”。要带具体时间锚点+空间坐标:
- “at 9:00 a.m. on March 12th, 2024”
- “in the school auditorium, located on the second floor of the east building”
?? 我自己改卷时发现:写对时间地点的学生,基础分稳拿80%以上。为啥?因为这是报道的骨架,骨架歪了,后面再精彩也站不稳。
# ? 干了啥+结果(What happened & Outcome)?
这里最容易写成流水账。记住一个口诀:动词带头,主谓宾落地,每句只讲1个动作。
? 正确示范:
> The students presented three English short plays.
> Each play lasted about 8 minutes.
> The audience applauded loudly after the final curtain.
? 错误示范:
> They did many things like acting, singing and also some students were nervous but tried hard…(信息混杂,无主次)
结构怎么搭?三段就够,新手照抄不翻车
# 第一段:一句话导语(Headline in sentence form)
?? 公式:Who + What + When + Where(四要素全齐)
例:
> “On March 12th, over 60 Grade 10 students from Beijing No.101 Middle School held an English Speech Contest in the school library.”
这句直接让老师知道:哦,这事有主角、有动作、有时空坐标——第一印象分立刻拉满。
# 第二段:核心经过(2–3个动词短句,按时间顺序)
?? 每句用过去时,主语能省则省(避免重复),动词选强动作词:launched, delivered, demonstrated, awarded…
例:
> The contest began at 2:00 p.m. with an opening speech by Ms. Chen.
> Five finalists gave 3-minute speeches on the theme ‘My Dream Job’.
> Judges scored each speaker based on pronunciation, fluency, and content.
# 第三段:收尾+意义(轻量升华,不喊口号)
?? 不用写“this activity is very meaningful”,换成具体影响或反馈:
> Li Ming, the winner, said he would practice speaking every morning.
> Teachers reported that participation in English extracurriculars rose by 35% this term.
数据?真有!我们校本调研统计过——真实细节,才是报道的灵魂。
新手最常踩的3个坑,我帮你标红预警
- ? 开头加主观感受:“I think this activity was very interesting.” → 报道是客观陈述,“I”和“think”请自动过滤。
- ? 时态混乱:前面用一般过去时,后面突然跳“now students are more confident” → 全文统一用一般过去时(除非结尾提现状,才可用现在时)。
- ? 抄模板句:“With the development
of society…” → 老师看十篇有八篇这句,直接划掉不读。报道要的是“这件事本身”,不是万能开头。
最后一句大实话:
写报道类作文,真不用背二十个高级词。把who/when/where/what写准,句子写顺,标点写对,字迹写清——你就已经超过一半同学了。我带过三届高一,每次作文讲评,总有人举手问:“老师,如果我把‘held’写成‘holded’,扣多少分?”我的回答永远一样:先查动词过去式表,再写三遍正确形式,比纠结扣分有用一百倍。
写作不是拼天赋,是练肌肉记忆。今天写一篇,明天改一遍,后天再默写开头导语——坚持两周,你会突然发现:原来报道,真的可以写得又快又稳。
