Whether teenagers should have part-time jobs is more than a question of pocket money.”)
- 给读者一个“停顿理由”:加个生活场景、小数据或反常识说法。例如
:“A 2023 Beijing high school survey found 68% of Grade 11 students tried online tutoring — but only 22% said it improved their English writing.” 这比“All people know…”有力得多。
- 自然带出下文:最后一句轻轻一拐,比如:“So what really shapes effective English writing? Let’s look at three real classroom habits.”
我带过不少高二学生改开头,发现一个规律:删掉第一个“I believe”之后,反而更有力。不信?试试把 “I think social media harms teens” 改成 “Teens scroll an average of 2.7 hours daily — yet 7 in 10 can’t recall the last time they wrote a full paragraph without checking their phones.” ——你看,事实自己会说话。
# 结尾段为什么总像“喊口号”?
再自问自答:
?“怎样让结尾段不空洞不套路?”
→ 好结尾不是总结,是“轻轻推一把”。它该做到:
- 不重复开头原话(这是90%同学踩的坑)
- 留一个具体画面或动作建议:比如写“environment protection”,别写 “We must protect nature”,换成 “Next time you revise an essay, try replacing one generic word — like ‘good’ or ‘bad’ — with a verb that shows change: ‘erodes’, ‘revives’, ‘shields’.”
- 允许一点余味:可以轻问一句,“If your teacher asked you to rewrite just one sentence tomorrow — which would you choose?”
去年我班上有位同学写“Is handwriting still necessary?”,结尾没提“yes/no”,只写了:“Last week, my classmate copied a poem by hand before reading it aloud. Her voice didn’t shake. Neither did her pen.” ——老师画了整行波浪线,批:“This is how endings land.”
# 10篇范文怎么用才不浪费?
别从头抄到尾!试试这个三步法:
- 单抽一段:只看其中1篇的开头+结尾(比如第3篇),遮住中间,猜作者接下来会用哪两个例子支撑?
- 动手改写:把你上周写的某篇作文,只重写开头和结尾,其余不动。对比前后老师批注的变化。
- 建你的“句型弹药库”:不用记100句,只存5个真正打动过你的表达,比如:“It’s not about X — it’s about what X reveals about…” 或 “The real test isn’t whether… but whether…”
我自己的小本子至今还夹着2019年一位南京考生的结尾句:“Grammar rules are like
train tracks — they don’t tell you where to go, but they keep you from derailing while you figure it out.”
